NEW 101 in 1001...

Ok. I did this post already. Once before. And it didn't last. I made it about 3 or 4 days into and got side tracked. Plus, some of the things originally on my list I know I won't be able to accomplish before my time is up...oh well. New list, new agenda, new goals!
  1. Buy a good planner and USE it!!
  2. Update my address book and add to it when necessary.
  3. Send cards to friends and family members (birthday, anniversaries, just because...)
  4. Send out Christmas cards EVERY year!
  5. Finish mine and Josh's wedding scrapbook.
  6. Start Noah's scrapbook and keep it updated.
  7. Do one totally random, sweet thing for Josh every week.
  8. Learn how to bake bread.
  9. Start a "blog-idea" book. (I got this idea Here...)
  10. Try atleast one brand new recipe a month.
  11. Make a menu plan every two weeks and stick to it![Started 8/3/2009]
  12. Start back to work part-time.
  13. Start back to school.
  14. Cut out all but one Dr. Pepper a day...
  15. Buy Decorations for each holiday to use: Easter, Valentines Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Halloween, and more Christmas...
  16. Completely refurnish and redecorate the house.
  17. Come up with a new decorative theme for Noah's room when we move. (He will have outgrown his "Noah's Ark" nursery theme...time to upgrade to a big boy theme!)
  18. Clean closets out after every season and give what we aren't wearing to Goodwill. [Summer Clothes are DONE!]
  19. Take family portraits every year.
  20. Make a detailed schedule and stick to it.
  21. Keep my CPR certification up to date.
  22. Learn how to be more crafty.
  23. Set up a scrapbook/craft desk in one corner of our bedroom.
  24. Wean Noah off of his Bottle.
  25. Start a reading list and add to it whenever I see something good...then read atleast 2 books a month.
  26. Purchase a "Spring Cleaning Year Around" box or make my own. (You can find them for sale here)
  27. See all 3 of the new "Twilight" saga films in theaters.
  28. Have a real date night with Josh once a month.
  29. Find a church home and attend weekly.
  30. Build a detailed budget and stick to it.
  31. Contribute every pay-period to our IRA, Mutual Fund, Savings Account, and Noah's college fund. (We already have these accounts, we just aren't adding to them like we should.)
  32. Redesign my entire blog twice a year (with the exception of the header...which should be updated every 2-3 months.)
  33. Start our own family traditions and place them in a section of my Home Management Binder.
  34. Plan out my weeks on Sunday nights so I know exactly what needs to be done during the week.
  35. Journal atleast once every other day.
  36. Re-do our filing system (I started working on this, but it's kind of gotten out of hand.)
  37. Buy a digitial picture frame.
  38. Stock up on baking supplies (I love to bake and have all of my grandmothers old recipes...just not all of the original stuff to make them.)
  39. Buy a clock for the wall in the entry way.
  40. Start clipping recipes and putting them in a section of my Home Management Binder.
  41. PAY OFF OUR DEBT!
  42. Keep Noah's closet cleaned out and get rid of clothes that don't fit.
  43. Buy a cedar chest for all of my keepsakes.
  44. RECYCLE!
  45. Buy myself a nice printer.
  46. Set up a bedtime routine for Noah.
  47. Learn how to do Sudoku. (I have NO idea how to do these! If anyone knows, let me know how!)
  48. Drink atleast 4 bottles of water a day.
  49. Change out photo's in picture frames every 2-3 months.
  50. Make Josh a Navy Scrapbook.
  51. Start Josh a Coast Guard Scrapbook.
  52. Buy ceiling fans for the house.
  53. Read my Bible Daily. [Started!!]
  54. Spend significant time every day praying for Josh. [Started!!]
  55. Spend significant time every day praying for Noah.[Started!!]
  56. Frame all of Josh's Navy and Coast Guard certificates and awards.
  57. Take Noah to the park once a week.
  58. Get another computer.
  59. Get my haircut every 6-8 weeks.
  60. Donate money to charity every month.
  61. TITHE!
  62. Make a favorite quote/poem scrapbook.
  63. Buy toy bins for the living room and Noah's bedroom.
  64. Buy a new camera.
  65. Buy a video camera.
  66. Create a family mission statement and have it framed.
  67. Create a Marriage Mission statement and have it framed.
  68. Participate in "Operation Christmas Child" or the "Angel Tree" every year.
  69. Start a "Craft" Binder and fill it with projects and ideas for me to do.
  70. Print pictures off of my camera and off of all disks and put them in a scrapbook or photo album.
  71. Get back in shape!
  72. Buy a new car!
  73. Save for a new wedding band set for myself.
  74. Spend the time and money to go have my makeup matched up and buy quality makeup.
  75. Start collecting Christmas Ornaments for Noah and continue adding to my collection.
  76. Have Noah dedicated.
  77. Stop biting my nails.
  78. Have something I write published in a magazine.
  79. Buy a PEOPLE Magazine crossword puzzle book.
  80. Visit a Lighthouse.
  81. Re-Do my "Home Management Binder"
  82. Buy a "Little Black Dress"
  83. Keep my purse cleaned out and organized!
  84. Pick 5 people that have been the most influential in my life, and send them a letter letting them know what kind of impact they have had in my life.
  85. Make an "Emergency Kit" for my car and our house.
  86. Take time out for myself EVERY week! [Working on It!]
  87. Swap to Dish Network.
  88. Get Renter's Insurance.
  89. Make my grandmother's Peanut Butter Cookies.
  90. Pay for someone elses food in the drive thru line.
  91. Take an Art and Photography classes.
  92. Learn new things about new things. :)
  93. Continue to add to Noah's Disney Movie Collection.
  94. Start Potty Training Noah.
  95. Actually watch the news every day.
  96. Encourage Josh to make his own "101 in 1001" List.
  97. Go to a country music concert.
  98. Make a Bucket List.
  99. Recognize things in our life that we don't need and cut them out. **This is something we are in the process of doing...cutting back & keeping it simple!**
  100. Blog this list.
  101. Make a new list.

102. Baby #2?!

Ok. There we go. My new list. And only one stretch item. Ha...not sure about that one yet. (See the question mark?) So, now I promise to you, my loyal blog readers, that I will do this list and blog about it.

I love you #34 for planning your week, I should do that...I need to clean my purse right now (it took me 5 minutes to find a coupon yesterday) and Vivienne has a great car emergency kit on her blog.
