Magic Cookies...YUM!

I did bad because I forgot to take a picture of this yummy snack. I ate them all (literally, me. I ate them. All of them. Ha!) These are really, really simple and quite delish! The recipe is in Josh's grandmother's cookbook...old school yummy. Enjoy!
-----
You Will Need:
2 cups of Sugar
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/2 cup of Milk
4 Tablespoons of Cocoa
2 cups of uncooked oatmeal
1/4 cup of Pecans (chopped)
1/2 cup of Peanut Butter
2 teaspoons of Vanilla
-----
Bring sugar, milk, butter and cocoas to rolling boil. Boil 1-1 1/2 minutes and add the remaining ingredients. Beat until smooth. Dip by desired spoonfulls onto wax paper and let cool (if you can wait that long before you eat them. Which I can't.)
-----
Just a little simple summer snack that I thought you may all want to try. Let me know how yours turn out and what you think!

We call those cookies chocolate plops in my family. I can't make them though because I too will eat them ALL!

Hi, I'm visiting from Kelli's blog. I am going to try those cookies - I love that you don't have to bake them. I'm going to try making a small batch with Almond butter for my peanut allergy middle son. I'll let you know if they turn out!

I can't make them because I have no self control!
