The Simple Woman's Daybook- June 29

Outside my window: Blue Skies and our Beautiful pond glistening under the bright sunshine :)
I am thinking: About the upcoming 4th of July weekend and all of the things that I need to sit down and do.
I am thankful for: A beautiful son. A loving, amazing husband. Good health. Great Family. Indescribable God.
From the kitchen: Steak Pasta for supper. Got the steaks thawing out and pasta is a cinch.
I am reading: "My Sister's Keeper" by Jodi Picoult. Kept hearing about it and my neighbor let me borrow her copy. It's good, just not as good as I thought it would be.
I am hoping for: Decent weather for the 4th. Hopefully it won't be 1000 degrees outside.
I am creating: Lots of new lists (which I will probably grace you with shortly) and working on a new blog header.
I am praying: For direction in my life, obedience and patience in other areas. God's will for Josh and I a new church home.
Around the house: Still pretty much spotless, but the week has only just begun...
One of my favorite things: Noah's happy smile and goofy giggle :)
A few plans for the week: Not much on the agenda...spending time with Josh and Noah and Josh's brother. Josh's mom will be down at the end of the week, so we'll see :)
